Placing
an order:
Items include t-shirts, batting helmets, licenses plates,
mail boxes and toilette seats. Please be sure to check sizes,
design, colors, spelling, etc before checking out.
•Custom
items please e-mail us for an item and shipping price, shipping
price and order totals
Quantity
Orders: Quantity orders are available. Sometimes
a discounted price may be arranged for team orders or small
group orders such
as church groups or basketball teams, etc. To be considered for a
discount the order must be for the same design and color. Shirt
size may vary and each item can be personalized. Group discounts
are not required and are offered at our discretion.
Order Cancellation: If you should need to cancel an order, you should
call us immediately. If work has already begun on your order we will
not be able to cancel your order. It is not uncommon for orders to
be processed within an hour after they are received. You must cancel
immediately. Orders cancelled two days after the order is placed
will not be honored. We have probably already completed the order
and it has been shipped.
Refunds/Returns
· Because all our items are customized,
we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
· Big Boy Graffix does accept responsibility
for errors we make on orders, and if a legitimate mistake is found,
we will often
send a replacement or repair the mistake.
· We are not responsible for errors
customers make, such as spelling a name, wrong shirt size, wrong
team colors, etc. We
strongly suggest checking the sizes, colors, spelling, and additional
details of their order before checking out.
· We are not responsible for any damage
to orders after the post office takes possession of the product.
Orders of $50 or more
must be insured. We are also, not responsible for improper care/washing
to shirts, washing instructions are provided with the sent product
and are posted on our website.
· Shoes will scuff over time as well
as automotive and other custom items are subject to wear and tear.
